Wording revised
Email the page address, the wording you dispute and a public source that backs your reading.
What to send
Email address: operations@churnatlas.com. Include these three things:
- The address of the page.
- The wording you dispute, copied exactly.
- A public source that backs your reading, such as a product help page or a published policy.
Leave this out
Please keep account names, contracts, customer lists, screenshots that show private data, and product-access details out of the message. They are not needed and we cannot use them.
After you write
A corrected post goes back through the same automated stages as a new one. Software matches the claim to a source on the list, and a review model checks it. Nobody edits it by hand. We set no deadline for a reply.
Showing a fix
When a fix changes a fact, the post gets a visible, dated note that says what changed. A small wording fix may be made quietly. Checking a source again and finding no change is not a correction.
